Template Infobox: Ice slayer and summoning

Hello!!

I am adding: Locket Of Winter, the Ice slayer talisman from Tears of the Ice Dragon but i have 2 problems; i cant add slayer property cause Ice Slayer is not in the list and cant add the Giant Ice Worm Summoning neither.

I will add a pic instead.
