Mechanical Components Available?

O.k. so I just came back after about 18 months off of UO and saw a Nexus. Of course I want one so I was looking for Mechanical Components in the Exodus dungeon but have not received any. Are these still dropping and my luck is just that bad OR has this event been "turned off"?

It had to do with the events during the Spring 2012 (Awakening?), I think. You needed several components from within the dungeon to build one. I do not remember all the details from memory. My friend made one Nexus, and set it up in the house. It was ugly. It got axed into a deed and sits in a chest now.
I think it had something to do with the sifting trays... but alas, my memory fails.
The Exodus Dungeon has now changed its focus, I believe, so it could be that the event and gathering the components are no longer active.
