my minimum and maximum damage is 50 - 61. with armor ignore I will do this much damage every time? and to every monster?

the reason why im asking is because it doesnt seem to include the amount of damage increase from the ring and bracelet. when i use armor ignore it hits in the 40s. where the damage min and max are without the jewlery.

Damage Increase is capped at 300% against monsters I believe.
