Due to the new account interface not keeping a record of when you deactivated your subscription, I missed reactivating my main account by a few days. Now I am stuck with decaying houses on 3 shards. It saddens me greatly to lose houses I've had for 12+ years. Even worse, I found house deeds in one of them which would be destroyed since they can not be stored in a bank or character backpack.
So I realize I need to set my main Tower to primary to stop the decay. I login to my account, open up the Tower house menu and click the ownership tab. To my surprise the "Make Primary" button is greyed out. I thought that when you reactivated a grandfathered account with decaying houses, you could set one to primary to stop the decay?
Anyone have some information on this?

I was sort of my own fault too. But I will fully place blame on whoever broke the new account interface so it won't show your transaction history or close date.
This really isn't something that a developer should be bothered over.

After getting my storage count back to positive numbers from -2,000+, I transferred my tower to another account. Crisis averted.

That had to take a good chunk of time. Glad you were able to get it sorted out!
