First off, I want to say how awesome this site is about UO information.
My question is: Is there a server that goes along with this site or is this just a UO based site?

This is a wiki site about "retail" Ultima Online, as managed and operated by Electronic Arts. This website is fan-run and not connected with EA, but does not cover or have info about private run, non-EA UO shards. If you're looking for a non-EA shard, there's tons of websites via Google, just be cautious if they ask for payment info if you want to play on them.
