Where can I find UOAMSVR 2.1?

I download UOAMSVR 2.0,using parameter "-p 2000 -pw xxx " to run at local on winxp sp3.
But once run it,will report "unable to connect to the server",I dont wanna connect any server as remote control.Why?

so i wanna try 2.1 version.

I'm not going to pretend to know what you're talking about. I'm assuming some kind of server program for UOAM? A related issue however might be that the most recent patch (yesterday) changed the data stream of UOAM and hasn't worked for me since. This may be the cause of whatever it is you're trying to do in whatever it is that you're doing LOL
