Publish 78 is added to the guide:
Despise and Despise artifacts
Fortune's Fire Casino and Stewards.
New Clean Up Britannia (2011) rewards: Black and Green, Shadowy Blue, Vibrant Crimson and Reflective Shadow Pigments.

Glad you caught the bless deeds. A lot of people don't realize those have been pulled from the Clean Up Brit NPCs in Pub 78.

We edited that article after Tina posted about it in stratics. We also announced in on our news section on August 23rd, but it is now in the news archives. I think we better add that to the current announcement.
