Does anyone have additional information on the Minotaur Colony in Southern Nox Tereg Swamp (23 1’N 64 11’W)?

There are 3 Minotaur NPCs in the old abandoned tower along with various Minotaur supplies.
The Minotaur are:
• Deszru The Minotaur Colony Leader
• Minotaur Colony Sentry
• And a Minotaur Colonist
