Changes in difficulty of MiB?

Hello everyone, I've joined this forum just now. Glad to see you!
I'm now doing some fishing job, and it seems that MiB begins to spawn not at GM fishing but at much earlier level. (On the contrary, all existing sources on internet tell that you need GM fishing for this.) I tried two characters to test this, and all they began to got MiBs around 85 fishing (at least, and may possibly be earlier).
Do you also have similar experiences? If so, do you think we should update the corresponding article?
