UOGuide Forum Updates

I have made a few changes to the forum.
If you have any suggestions for the forum I would always like to hear them.

- This forum, previously UO Discussion, has been renamed to the UOGuide Bulletin Board.
- The UO Trading forum has been removed and replaced with a link to the Stratics Trading forum
- A link has been added to the Official UO Forums on Stratics. This is mostly because a lot of people confuse UOGuide with being the official UO website, it does not look good that there isn't much posted here.
- Forum activity icons on index have been replaced with Fruit Baskets
- Forum/Link descriptions have been updated and added to
