UOGuide Forum

I have made a few changes to the menus on UOGuide.

• Removed Page and Discussion tabs
• Added Directory and forum tabs
• Corrected UO Codes and Become an Editor buttons so they show correctly in any size browser

The idea was the Forum now replaces the individual article discussion pages. This will increase visibility of the forum which many people think does not exist for UOGuide.

Also it looks like the uoherald.com website is no longer online. I updated the UO link in the footer to compensate.

I removed the directory tab and changed the Forum to a button so it is more attention grabbing. People generally know how to get to the directory. I think this is as good as it is going to get for the time being until a whole new header design is completed some day.
