Publish 83 -- New PvP, New Loot, New UO?

Publish 86 is now live with a lot of new changes.
-- New Vice vs Virtue PVP system replacing Factions
-- New Monster Loot system to replace the tons of useless junk that dropped
-- Some new trader quest system for people who don't PVP
-- 17th Anniversary Rewards
-- Enhanced Client got a ton of changes if you play on that
There seems to be a lot of new stuff.
