Does anyone know how to setup lock picking on the Marco of the 3D game for practis so you can do it over and over again.?

Create a new macro first. Drag and drop your lockpicks (all of them, not a single one) to the first slot. Right click on this slot and select "Stored" (rather than "Cursor") and target one of the boxes you want to pick. Add a Delay (on the "Other" tab of the Actions window), about 2 seconds (you can optimize the delay later). You need this delay to prevent the message: "You must wait to perform another action". Now, drag you lockpicks to the third slot (second has the delay), select "Stored" again and target another box (or the same box if you don't have any other). Repeat until you have covered all of the boxes, then check the checkbox "Enable Repeating" and set the number of repeats. Note that you need to have Legacy Targeting option disabled for this to work.
